Reconsideration of Materials

Please first read the Library Bill of Rights

In order to begin the process for reconsidering a material within the library, begin by reading the Library Bill of Rights which can be found here.

Step 1: Please read the book or material entirely and do any background research that you can on the work.

Step 2: Print and complete this form and return it to the front office of York Academy Upper School. 

Step 3: The form will be reviewed by the Head of the Upper School, the Assistant Head of the Upper School, and the library media specialist to determine further actions.
